Privacy notice

This explains, in plain English, what happens to the details you give us through the TCG waitlist, research-notes list and contact form.

Controller

BAWIN LIMITED, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 17307761, is the controller of your personal data. Contact: bawinpartners@protonmail.com.

What we collect

• Waitlist: name, email, which kind of user you are, and your consent.
• Contact form: name, email, company (optional), what you're exploring, budget range, message, and your consent.
• Research notes: email and your consent.
• For every form: the time of submission and a one-way hashed form of your IP address, used only to block spam and repeat abuse.

Purposes and lawful basis

• Replying to contact-form enquiries and emails: steps at your request before a possible contract (UK/EU GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in answering you (6(1)(f)).
• TCG waitlist and research-notes emails: your consent (6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Hashed IP for spam and abuse prevention: our legitimate interest (6(1)(f)).
• Analytics: none. We run no analytics; if that changes it will only ever run with your consent.

Retention

Waitlist details until the platform launches plus 12 months. Contact messages and enquiry emails for 24 months. Research-notes details until you unsubscribe. Hashed IPs are kept with the record they protect. Then we delete them.

Processors and recipients

• Website hosting: Lovable (served through Cloudflare's network).
• Database: Supabase, EU region (Frankfurt, Germany).
• Email: Proton AG (Switzerland), for our mailbox.
• Analytics: none.

We do not sell your data or share it for others' marketing.

International transfers

Where a processor handles data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions (Switzerland and the EU have them) or on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We set no tracking or advertising cookies. See the cookie policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase or move your data, restrict how we use it, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing, and you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Email bawinpartners@protonmail.com; we respond within one month.

You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK, or to the data protection authority where you live in the EU.
